Not rushing to slap language onto my inner experiences.

I’ve found that, at least for someone like myself who has intensely rich and complex inner experiences, moving to language too quickly can feel reductive and invalidating to my body and being.

Putting words to experience can be important but so is actually just being present in the ineffable.

My wholeness demands space to be all that is articulable and inarticulable. Both are to be respected and both have their own timing and rhythms.
